Deleting your account and your data

You can ask at any time for your Yaoot account and all the data linked to it to be deleted, whether you signed up with your email or with Google or Facebook.

How to ask

• Write to hello@yaootaccessories.com from the email your account uses, or message us through the contact page and mention that email.
• Say: "Please delete my account and my data."
• We confirm we have your request, carry it out, and write to you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, name, email address and phone number.
• Your saved addresses and your wishlist.
• The link between your account and Google or Facebook.

Records of orders already placed are kept only for as long as the law requires for accounting, and are used for nothing else.

Removing Yaoot from your Google or Facebook account

You can also withdraw Yaoot's access from your side at any time: on Facebook in Settings, then "Apps and websites"; on Google in your account settings, then "Security", then "Third-party connections". After that we receive nothing new from them.
